Refund Policy

Trials. The trial lesson is non-refundable once delivered. You may reschedule before the trial time.

Live-lesson packages

• Unused packages: Full refund within 14 days if no lessons were taken.
• Partially used packages: Hours used are charged at the single-lesson rate; the remaining balance is issued as account credit for future use.
• Rescheduling: Give ≥24 hours’ notice to reschedule without charge.
• Teacher-initiated changes: If we cancel, we promptly rebook or offer an alternative so you never lose credit.

Digital product (PDF short-story book). Non-refundable once delivered/downloaded.
Note: Where local consumer laws grant a cooling-off period, those rights apply.

How refunds are paid. Refunds/credits are processed via our payment provider (Stripe) to the original payment method where applicable. Bank/issuer timelines vary.
