How do I book a class?
After payment, choose a date/time in the calendar or coordinate with the Coordinator.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule without charge. Coordinate with your teacher or the Learning Coordinator. Late cancellations/no-shows may be charged according to your package terms.
What if a teacher cancels?
We’ll promptly rebook or offer an alternative; you never lose your credit.

Payments & refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards and PayPal via secure checkout.
Is the trial lesson refundable?
The trial lesson is non-refundable once delivered. If you cancel before it happens, we can reschedule. Note: Where local consumer laws grant a cooling-off period (e.g., Brazil’s 7-day right of regret), those rights apply.
Can I get a refund for packages?
- Unused packages: Full refund within 14 days if no lessons were taken.
- Partially used packages: Used hours are charged at the single-lesson rate; the remaining balance is issued as account credit for future use.
- How refunds are paid: Refunds are processed to your original payment method via our provider (Paddle).

How do you select teachers?
Credentials review, interview, and a demo lesson focused on clarity, pacing, and outcomes.
Can I change teachers?
Yes—after 5 hours if it isn’t a fit, contact the Learning Coordinator to switch.
Tech & recordings
Which platform do you use?
Zoom.
Do you record classes?
Recording is optional and off by default. With your consent, we can record selected sessions so you can review them later.
Recordings are private (accessible only to you) and never shared. You can ask us to delete a recording at any time.
Duo & groups
Can my family learn with me?
Yes—use the Duo option. For 3+ learners, book a consult for a private group plan.
