Services. We offer:
- Live 1:1 (and Duo/Group) lessons via Zoom, CEFR-aligned. Included deliverables for live lessons: personalized roadmap, short weekly tasks/homework, lesson notes, and (optionally, with your consent) lesson recordings for personal review.
- Digital product: a paid PDF short-story book for intermediate/advanced learners.
Getting started. You may book a trial or purchase a package. We’ll confirm your goals and schedule with you.
Scheduling. You may reschedule with ≥24 hours’ notice by coordinating with your teacher or the Learning Coordinator. If a teacher cancels, we rebook you or offer an alternative; you don’t lose class credit.
Payments. We accept major cards and PayPal through our secure provider (Paddle). Pricing is listed on the Site. Taxes and currency/FX fees (if any) are handled by the payment provider at checkout.

Recordings. Class recording is off by default and used only if you consent. Any approved recording is for your personal review and is not shared.
Student responsibilities. You need a stable internet connection, Zoom, audio/mic, and a quiet environment. Please arrive on time.
IP & license. All materials (including the PDF book) are protected by copyright. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use purchased materials. No redistribution or resale.
Acceptable use. Don’t misuse the Site, attempt to break security, or infringe IP rights.
Disclaimers & liability. We provide educational services “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law. These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence still apply.
Changes. We may update these T&Cs; changes take effect when posted on the Site.
