Kız: Bu sefer iyi sallandık ama… Hissettiniz değil mi?
Erkek: Tabii. Ben tam evden çıkıyordum, bir anda baya salladı.
Kız: Aynen. Biz de kahvaltı yapıyorduk. Tabaklar, bardaklar her şey sallanmaya; ses çıkarmaya başladı. Baya korkutucuydu.
Erkek: Bir an önce hazırlasan iyi edersin.

Translation

Girl: This time it shook a lot. You felt it, right?
Man: Sure. I was just leaving the house, it suddenly shook a lot.
Girl: Exactly. We were having breakfast. Plates, glasses, everything started to shake and make noise. It was pretty scary.
Man: My brother was also taking a shower while the earthquake happened. What an unfortunate situation!
Girl: Yes… It is not clear where it will catch you.
Man: Thank god it was 5.7. So nothing compared to the big Istanbul earthquake that we are expecting.
Girl: Absolutely. We have already started making preparations directly. We will prepare an earthquake bag.
Man: I’ve already prepared it.
Girl: What did you put in it?
Man: Well, you actually put whatever you need to survive after the earthquake. Water, food, medicine, if you’re using any, flashlight, battery, radio for communication, blanket for protecting from cold, clothing, a document that shows identification.
Girl: Yeah. I will prepare today too …
Man: You’d better prepare it as soon as possible. As you can see, it is not clear at all when it’ll hit.
