Müşteri: Merhaba
Kasiyer: Merhaba
Kasiyer: Neyse ben kimse duymadan sizin iadenizi gerçekleştireyim.

Translation

Customer: Hello
Cashier: Hello
Customer: I want to return this dress. I bought it from your store in Bakırköy two days ago. When I arrived at home, I saw that it had flaws.
Cashier: So can you show me the flaw?
Customer: Here it is… Right at the seam.
Cashier: Thank you very much. Is the bill with you, sir?
Customer: Of course, here it is.
Cashier: Wouldn’t you like to exchange with another piece? Our new season products have arrived, you may want to have a look.
Customer: No, thank you. I no longer want to shop here. Because I bought a blouse again 2 weeks ago from this brand and again it was faulty.
Cashier: Yes, unfortunately we can encounter such situations.
Customer: For this reason, I no longer want to shop here. Please do not take it personally.
Cashier: Of course I understand. My mother had bought a gift for her, and the gift turned out to be faulty too.
Customer: Look, you’ve experienced too. I have never seen such poor quality goods before.
Cashier: Anyway, I will make your return without anyone hearing.
